Virtual Race Registration Deadline: 11:59 pm CST September 12, 2019 Registration Deadline *for a customized CleftStrong 5k race day bib: 11:59 pm CST August 22, 2019 (All participants who register after this date will receive an IAAP timing bib for timing purposes, if desired.) Online Registration with a Guaranteed Race Day Shirt: 11:59 pm CST September 30, 2019 *We are not able to guarantee a race day shirt in your size after this deadline. Online Registration Deadline: 11:00 am CST Thursday, October 10, 2019 * We will be taking last minute registrations in person at early packet pick up (time and place TBA). * Race Day registration will open at 7:30 a.m on race morning. Race Day Check in for Pre-Registered Participants: If you pre-registered for the race online, please look for the PACKET PICK UP sign to check in and receive your race packet. Race day check in opens at 7:30 a.m. for pre-registrants unable to make early packet pick up. Because we must process Race Day Sign in/Packet Pick Up at a given pace on race day morning, we strongly encourage an early arrival to secure parking and complete the check in process. Please note lines will form according to the first letter of last names. Last Minute Registration on the Morning of the Race: If you did not pre-register online, you may register the morning of the race. Look for the sign that says REGISTER HERE. All proceeds will be directly donated to the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPA), a 501(c)(3) non profit association that works to advance patient care and optimize outcomes for individuals with oral cleft and craniofacial conditions. By participating, you help fund critical cleft and craniofacial research, provide education and resources to patients, families, and professionals on the specialized care that is required from the moment these children are born, and so much more. |
